Optimization of Composite Grouting Material Proportioning Based on Regression Analysis Method

In order to improve the impermeability of ordinary “cement–water glass” double-liquid grouting material, this study prepares a composite material with sodium bentonite, cement, and water glass as main materials, water-reducing agent, early strength agent activators. study, orthogonal tests were conducted using an L16(45) table test results analyzed regression analysis. Using bentonite instead partial experimental factors ratio, slurry admixture, admixture used laws single-factor two-factor interactions on initial apparent viscosity, setting time, compressive materials. After obtaining optimal ratio mechanism formation seepage resistance properties was revealed. The show that mass cement have large effect properties, there is interactive several at same time. 28.42% water, 36.58% 6.20% 0.04% 0.9% 27.85% glass. microstructural analysis shows denseness stone body structure enhanced, thus are improved.
